Go to the Vynil login page and click “Forgot Password?”.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
Follow the instructions, set a new password, and you’ll regain access immediately.
Tip: Make sure to choose a strong password you haven’t used before, and consider enabling a password manager.
If you've changed phones, deleted your authenticator app, or otherwise lost access to your two-factor authentication:
Contact our support team at help@vynil.com
Make sure to write from the email address linked to your account.
Our support team will guide you through the 2FA reset process, which may include identity verification for your protection.
Important: For your security, 2FA resets are processed manually. We take identity protection seriously, so please allow a short processing time for confirmation.
If you no longer have access to the email account associated with your Vynyl profile:
Reach out to us at [email protected] and explain the situation.
Our support team may ask you to complete additional verification steps — such as providing your registered name, date of registration, recent activity, or identity documents — to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account.
Note: We cannot restore access without adequate proof of ownership. This is to protect our users and ensure no one else can gain unauthorized access to your account.
We understand that account recovery is a sensitive process. That’s why every step is designed to strike the right balance between security and convenience. If you're ever unsure about what to do, don't hesitate to contact us — we're here to help.
